No Fake Sweat – Stan Phan Movement offers a structured muscle building program designed to help clients gain size, strength, and skill through focused training. As a certified personal trainer, weightlifting coach, and movement specialist, I guide every session with intention and purpose. Every program is customized to your pace and ability. As your gym coach, I stay present, give detailed corrections, and teach you how to move with confidence under load. Whether you're training for hypertrophy, strength, or full-body recomposition, I integrate principles from bodybuilding, performance, and mobility to create a complete approach to muscle growth. All sessions are conducted at a private fitness center with free parking for your convenience. Pricing is based on frequency, with sessions ranging from 1 to 3 times per week at $100–$125 each.
